1. Device Ownership
By sending your device to SellToVic.com, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or have the authority to sell the device. We do not require devices to be fully paid off. Please make sure any iCloud or Google accounts are removed before sending your device to avoid delays.
2. Quote Validity
All quotes are based on the condition and details you provide. Once we inspect the device, if we find differences in condition, functionality, or activation lock status, we may revise the offer. You’ll have the option to accept the updated quote or request a free return.
3. Payments
We pay fast. Once your device is received and approved, payment is sent within 1–2 business days via your choice of:
•Apple Pay
•Zelle
•Venmo
•Cash App
4. Shipping & Liability
If you’re shipping your device, we recommend using tracked and insured shipping. SellToVic.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
5. Returns
If you decline a revised offer, we’ll return your device at no cost. Please allow 3–5 business days for return shipping.
6. Data Responsibility
Please factory reset your device and remove all personal data before shipping. We take your privacy seriously, but we are not responsible for any data left on the device.
7. Policy Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. Your continued use of SellToVic.com confirms your agreement with the latest version.
